This dish is the result of a collab I did with my content creator friend Jona. It was one of the greatest steak dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The tomato sauce was originally supposed to be a gazpacho but I ended up adding so many different ingredients to it that it was no longer appropriate for it to be called “gazpacho”. Jona and I were originally supposed to do two separate dishes–was supposed to be a separate dish ended up becoming the perfect sauce for a steak, as it brought sweetness and acidity. This dish will forever be memorable to me because it was a complete accident, and it is discoveries like these that create the best moments in the kitchen.
