Here, I made maple-fish sauce glazed Brussels sprouts. If you’re a Brussels sprouts hater then this dish is for you. I believe without a doubt that if you don’t like a food it’s only because you haven’t had a version of it you’ve liked. All it takes is some good technique and flavor. The maple fish sauce glaze is as simple as mixing some ingredients together. Then, all you gotta do is crank up the heat to get some color on your sprouts, add the sauce, and reduce into a glaze. The combination of the crisp texture and sweet, salty, umami flavor will turn you into a Brussels sprouts lover in no time.
